Sachin Chaudhary
Founder & CEO
Sachin Chaudhary founded Sovarel Village with a conviction rare in India's wellness industry: that ancient healing traditions and modern business rigour are not in tension, but must be built together. He brings to that vision more than two decades of experience spanning healthcare consulting, technology, and hospital operations - a career that began at Infosys Consulting as an Associate Consultant advising healthcare and life sciences clients, continued through Ernst & Young where he led business advisory work in the same sector, and matured at Genpact as Vice President of Business Advisory for Healthcare Delivery & Healthcare IT. Earlier still, as Assistant Manager–Corporates at Wockhardt Hospitals, he gained a ground-level understanding of what disciplined, patient-first operations actually require. In 2015, he co-founded HashTAGit, a digital transformation company serving healthcare and education sectors, and also co-founded & sold an online medical second-opinion platform connecting patients with leading clinicians across cardiac sciences, oncology, and other specialties - ventures that sharpened his instinct for building trusted, scalable, healthcare-adjacent brands.
That combination - healthcare-industry depth, technology fluency, and entrepreneurial execution - is precisely what Sachin brings to Sovarel. As Founder and CEO, he leads the company's investment strategy, expansion plans, and technological innovation, steering Sovarel toward an ambitious three-year plan to establish 50 wellness centres across India, spanning both day-wellness and residential formats. He holds every centre to the same standard: guests should feel the same rigour and care they would expect from a world-class hospital, delivered with the warmth and ritual of a five-thousand-year-old healing tradition. Under his leadership, Sovarel has become known not just for its Ayurvedic authenticity but for the consistency of its guest experience - every therapist trained before touching a guest, every process built to scale without losing intimacy.
For Sachin, Sovarel is not simply a business - it is a correction to an industry that too often prioritises ambience over outcomes. That trust, built one guest and one centre at a time, is what continues to drive Sovarel's growth today.
